Sutter Cane

From the age of 10, in 1991, Sutter Cane was heading towards his ambition of making Electronic Music. Influenced by the young rave sound, his passions soon shifted towards Techno and the scene around it.

Now Sutter Cane has become one of the main and leading figures of Austria’s Techno scene. Next to his work at Vienna´s cult dj & recordstore „Friendly House“, he’s the founder of the Driving Forces artist agency, promoter of a monthly techno club series, called BOINK! and head of the successfull and international & national respected label Driving Forces Recordings.

In the last few years Sutter pushed boundaries by raising the amount of locally possible gigs to the max which made him play gigs each and every weekend at nearly all important Austrian clubs and major-events, like Sakog, Cembrankeller, Cave Club, Dom im Berg, Arena, the legendary Gazometer event series, Urban Art Forms Festival, or Paradise City to name but a few.
Next to all these national events, Sutter Cane also performed on international shows such as Mayday Budapest, Nature One Camp 2009 and Paradog Festival, followed by various club dates in Germany, Italy, France, Slovakia, and Croatia.

Between 2009 and 2010 Sutter Cane was finally able to invest much more time on his studio sessions and music production in general. Already his very first officially released tracks and remixes caught the attention of some leading international and national Techno artists, following and supporting his works. Meanwhile Sutter was able to establish as known and requested remixer, which made him work for or with artists like Space Djz, Virgil Enzinger, Pfirter, Gayle San, BCR Boys, Raiz, Dj Arcane, Niereich, Woo York, Logotech, Glitchfxxx, Roland Wiesinger, DavidChristoph, Dr.Hoffmann, Mark Domine, The Spell…
